Article 1 – Scope of Application

1. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of "Wander," a travel experience booking platform operated by Nanakamado, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our").
2. By accessing or using Wander, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Article 2 – Definitions

1. "User" means any individual who accesses or uses Wander, including anonymous visitors.
2. "Registered User" means a User who has completed account registration.
3. "Partner" means a business or individual that lists experiences, activities, or accommodation on Wander.
4. "Experience" means any travel experience, activity, stay, or service offered by a Partner.
5. "Booking" means a request by a User to reserve an Experience through Wander.

Article 3 – Platform Role

1. Wander is a booking intermediary platform connecting Users with Partners.
2. We are not the direct provider of any Experience. Responsibility for the quality, safety, and legality of Experiences rests with the respective Partner.
3. The contract for an Experience is formed directly between the User and the Partner upon booking confirmation.

Article 4 – Account Registration

1. Some features (saved favorites, booking history) require account registration.
2. Registration is completed via email authentication.
3. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
4. Your account is personal and may not be shared with or transferred to others.
5. We may suspend or delete accounts where false information or misuse is detected.

Article 5 – Bookings & Payment

1. Before booking, review all details on the Experience page (price, schedule, cancellation policy).
2. Payment is charged at the time of booking confirmation via credit card or other designated methods.
3. The service contract between User and Partner takes effect upon booking confirmation.

Article 6 – Cancellations & Changes

1. Cancellation terms are governed by each Partner's cancellation policy displayed on the Experience page.
2. Review the cancellation policy before completing your booking.
3. If a Partner cancels or modifies an Experience, we will notify you promptly and process a refund in accordance with our procedures.

Article 7 – Prohibited Conduct

Users must not engage in any of the following:

1. Acts that violate applicable laws or public order
2. Criminal acts or acts facilitating crime
3. Fraudulent bookings or impersonation
4. Excessive automated access (scraping, bots, etc.)
5. Commercial use of information obtained through Wander without authorization
6. Contracting directly with Partners met through Wander to avoid platform fees
7. Any act that damages Wander's reputation
8. Any other act we reasonably deem inappropriate

Article 8 – Intellectual Property

1. All content on Wander created by us (text, images, videos, etc.) is owned by us or our licensors.
2. Content provided by Partners belongs to the respective Partner.
3. Users may not use any content beyond personal browsing without prior written permission.

Article 9 – Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

1. We make no warranties regarding the quality, safety, or accuracy of Experiences provided by Partners.
2. We will make reasonable efforts to mediate disputes between Users and Partners but bear no responsibility to resolve them.
3. Except in cases of our intentional or grossly negligent acts, we are not liable for damages arising from use of Wander.
4. Where consumer protection law applies, the above limitation does not exclude liability to the extent prohibited by such law.
5. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, communication failures, etc.).

Article 10 – Service Changes

We may modify or discontinue Wander upon prior notice. In emergency situations, we may do so without prior notice.

Article 11 – Amendment of Terms

1. We may amend these Terms where doing so is in Users' general interest or is reasonably necessary.
2. We will notify you of amendments via the platform or registered email before they take effect.

Article 12 – Personal Data

We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Article 13 – Governing Law & Jurisdiction

1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
2. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Asahikawa District Court as the court of first instance.
3. Users located outside Japan are also subject to Japanese law.
